The “MEGAMIGS 2022 Giveaway" (herein the “Contest”) is organized by Reflector Entertainment Ltd. (herein “Reflector” or the “Organizer”) and will be held from Sunday, October 16th at 10 am Eastern to Wednesday, October 19th at 10 am Eastern, the deadline (herein the “Contest Period”).
The Organizer reserves the right to allow its subsidiaries and affiliates and their administrators, managers, employees, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies to perform all or part of the actions needed for this Contest.
1. ELIGIBILITY
This Contest is open to all residents of Canada, who are age 18 or older, at the time of the draw.
The following are excluded from the Contest draw: the Organizer’s employees, agents, representatives, subsidiaries, parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies and all other parties involved in the preparation, execution and distribution of this Contest, as well as members of their immediate family, married or common law spouse, and all persons with whom such employees, representatives and affiliated agents reside.
2. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary. To enter the Contest, the entrant must read these Rules of participation, and proceed to one of the following:
- On Facebook, follow the page “Reflector Entertainment” and like the giveaway post; OR
- On Twitter, follow the page “Reflector Entertainment” and retweet the giveaway post; OR
- On Instagram, follow the page “@Reflector Entertainment” and leave a comment under the giveaway post.

An entrant may not enter the Contest through any other social media platform. However, an entrant may submit up to three entries – one per social media platform (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). The odds of winning depend on the total number of entrants per platform.
3. PRIZES
Three (3) identical prizes, each prize including the following items (each, a “Prize”):
- 1 digital ticket to MEGAMIGS valid on Saturday, October 22nd, 2022
- Books 1 & 2 of the Unknown 9: Genesis Trilogy
- Issue #1 of the Unknown 9: Torment comic books
- A Gundam model kit
- A Pac Man model kit
- An Unknown 9 coin
Value of $100 per Prize.
4. DRAW
Three (3) entrants will be designated as winners (each, a “Winner”), one per social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), through a random draw, by a computer, from all eligible entries on each platform.
The draw will take place on Thursday, October 20th at 10 am ET, at Reflector Entertainment, 2200 rue Stanley, Montréal QC, H3A 1R6.
To be declared a Winner, each entrant drawn at random must confirm that they satisfy all the conditions in section 5 – Claiming A Prize and their Entry must be validated by the Organizer.
5. CLAIMING A PRIZE
Each Winner will be entitled to one (1) Prize. A representative of the Organizer will notify each Winner by direct message through the social media platform used by the Winner within two (2) hours of the draw. If Reflector could not reach the Entrant whose name was drawn within ten (10) hours of the draw, a new draw will take place in the same offices and a new Winner will be designated.
If after the draw the Winner fails to satisfy all the Contest Rules of participation or is not eligible for the Contest or if the Entry is deemed invalid, the Winner will be disqualified, and a new draw will be held to replace said Winner until such time as another eligible participant is selected and declared a Winner.
To be declared a Winner and claim a Prize, the selected participant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.
The Prize will be available for pick up by the Winner on Saturday, October 22nd from 9 am ET at Organizer’s booth at MEGAMIGS, Hotel Bonaventure, 900 Rue De La Gauchetière O, Montréal, QC H5A 1E4 at Booth 213. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the digital ticket to MEGAMIGS shall be delivered electronically by the Organizer to the Winner on Friday, October 21st at 10 am ET to the latest.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Every Prize claimed will be subject to verification by the Organizer. The Organizer’s decisions relative to a participant’s eligibility or a participant’s Entry’s eligibility are final and cannot be appealed. Organizer reserve the right to disqualify entries submitted using fraudulent means. This includes any Entry that fails to comply with the Contest Rules of participation.
By entering this Contest, every participant (including the Winners) releases the Organizer, its affiliates, its parent companies, its managers, its administrators and partners, as well as its employees, agents and representatives, and the social platform used for its Entry in the Contest (Facebook, Instagram and/or Twitter) from any liability for damage or loss whatsoever, whether arising directly or indirectly from their participation in this Contest, as well as from the acceptance and/or use of the Prize(s), and releases the Organizer, its advertising and promotion agencies and all other parties involved from any claims, grievances or lawsuits, now or in perpetuity, by the participants, their heirs, their executors or administrators, concerning the Contest or the prize.
Winners agree to let their name be used, in whole or in part, by the Organizer and all other parties involved in the development, execution and distribution of material concerning the Contest, for promotional purposes in relation with the Contest, on all media, present and in perpetuity, including social media, in all jurisdictions, and in any way, without compensation or additional approval from the Winner.
Prizes must be accepted as is and cannot be transferred to another person or substituted for any other prize, subject to the provisions herein. The explicit or implicit rejection of a Prize by a Winner releases the Organizer from any obligation for this Prize to said Winner.
The Winner is the only person responsible for the payment of all taxes or other fiscal obligations that may result from claiming a Prize.
The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel this Contest or modify, amend, change or enhance these Rules, subject to all applicable laws. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest, should an event or situation beyond their control arise that could undermine or affect the administration, security, impartiality or execution of this Contest as provided for in these Rules, subject to authorization by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec.
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
Any litigation concerning the organization or execution of this Contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for settlement. Any litigation concerning the awarding of a Prize may be submitted to the Régie solely for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
