SUMMARY
 
The Studio Coordinator will report to the director, Talent and Culture and will be a key person in the smooth running of the studio and the optimization of the employee experience. He/she will work in collaboration with the different Reflector teams to meet their needs.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
·Coordinate material resources’ procurement and track billing;
·Collaborate in the preparation and monitoring of the material resources budget;
·Identify and negotiate agreements with external suppliers;
·Manage delivery requests and internal mail distribution;
·Ensure the common work and relaxation areas are clean and tidy;
· Collaborate in any studio improvement or relocation project;
· Coordinate the various maintenance works;
·Collaborate in the organization of events and meetings;
·Participate to the Engagement committee and monitor finances according to the established budget;
·Ensure the application of policies relating to security and emergency measures;
·Develop and update all policies and procedures related to the management of the studio;
·Perform other related duties.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
 
·Three to five years of experience in a similar role;
·Strong organizational and priority management skills;
·High level of customer service;
·Strong communication skills, oral and written;
·Demonstrate autonomy, creativity, initiative and innovation in proposed solutions;
·Possesses excellent skills with the Office suite;
·Ability to collaborate in a team.
