In some cases, applicable law may not permit the limitation of liability set forth above, in which case this limitation of liability will not apply in those particular cases. If any portion of this limitation of liability is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then in such circumstances the total liability of Reflector (and its employees, directors, officers, agents or third parties with whom Reflector may partner from time to time) for any liability that would otherwise have been limited, shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (C$100). In addition, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Province of Quebec, in the judicial district of Montreal, in all disputes, controversies or proceedings arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.
